After activating the power up,Jeff’s ranged abilities will apply a slowing AoE effect to enemies, while Namor’s deployable turret companion deals additional ice damage.
This is one of the team-up abilities that lets players activate it independently of their team, which is great if you’re on a team with lackluster communication.
This ability shines from being able to surprise enemies,with the damage boost being more than enough to take down any Duelists trying to assassinate you. The slowing effect of the ice abilities also means that mobile Duelists will have a harder time reaching their targets, letting you wipe them out from a safe distance.

With The Fantastic Four being added toMarvel RivalsSeason 1, a new Team-Up can be used whenever someone on your team picks The Invisible Woman. The Thing, Mr. Fantastic, and The Human Torch allgain a skill that allows them to apply Bonus Healthto themselves through The Invisible Woman’s shields.
The Fantastic Four is the only Team-Up in the game that affects four different characters as of this time of writing. This makes the Team-Up far easier to activate, as it just needs The Invisible Woman and one other member of the Fantastic Four to work.
This skill can be a great way to keep characters alive, especially The Thing as a Vanguard. Extra health grants Fantastic Four members more survivability in fights, adding to their own abilities that grant Bonus Health anyway. This simple but effective Team-Up can keep characters alive in a pinch, allowing them to take far more damage before getting eliminated.

Making Already Powerful Characters All The More Versatile
Hela is already one of the more powerful Duelists available inMarvel Rivals, but the Ragnarök Rebirth team-up takes Hela’s utility to the next level. When paired with the siblings Loki and Thor,Hela can passively revive one of her fellow Norse Gods after they’ve fallen in combat. Not only does this completely resurrect one of your teammates on the spot, but it can even grant bonus health to living ones.
The only caveat to this incredibly powerful ability is that it requires you to land the final hit on an enemy, making your teammates a source of annoyance when stealing kills. Thankfully, this isn’t as bad as it sounds, given that Hela’s high-damage-dealing knives and offensive abilities are great for securing these kills.

When this happens, Johnny Storm can ignite Storm’s Ultimate hurricane, setting it on fire to deal far more damage than normal.
This synergy between Ultimates causes Storm’s hurricane to tear through health bars and last far longer than usual.This Team-Up can even counter powerful Strategist Ultimates, such as Luna Snow or Mantis' AoE healing fields. While this Team-Up does take time to organize and isn’t used as often, it is extremely good at wiping out enemy teams at crucial points during a match.

The Hulk’s mere presence is enough to activate the Gamma Charge team-up ability, empowering his equally intelligent allies. Iron Man and Doctor Strange are the two heroes able to make use of Bruce Banner’s alter ego,empowering their abilities by a drastic amount thanks to the Hulk’s radioactive properties. Being activated every time Banner transforms into the Hulk, it can be used to quickly overwhelm enemies on the offensive.
While this Team-Up ability doesn’t have as much tactical utility, its sheer power is enough to make the characters who activate it an excellent pairing to keep in mind.
Iron Man’s armor overdrive empowerment gets even stronger with this passive,letting him unleash AoE blast attacks from his standard attacks while gaining access to a stronger chest laser. Adam Warlock’s cocoon ability is already great on its own, but Guardian Revival’s ability to share it with his companions makes it one of the most powerful team-ups in the game.When paired with Mantis or Star-Lord, both of them gain access to Adam’s self-reviving powers at will. While it has a longer cooldown of 2 minutes compared to other abilities, this ability can completely change the course of a battle, especially when paired with two other players using it at the same time.
Regarding holding out on objectives,reviving fallen comrades is a fantastic ability, especially with proper team communication. On top of the instant-reviving abilities, Warlock also provides his two companions with a 15% healing boost, keeping them alive for even longer before needing to be revived in the first place.
