The two fell in love and got married, but her happiness wouldn’t last long. Sadly, Caleb died from complications caused by his obesity. Tammy buried her young husband during1000-lb Sistersseason 5. She was devastated, but she didn’t let it knock her off her weight-loss journey. It’s what Caleb would’ve wanted and another reason for Tammy to be proud of herself.
