Paladins are the stalwart protectors of the party inBaldur’s Gate 3, capable of offering healing, tanking, and damage in one package. With such versatility, it’s no surprise that paladins have remained the most popular class sinceBG3’s launch, consistently topping any charts Larian Studios has released. And with paladins able to deal incredible amounts of damage thanks to their smites, finding the right pieces of equipment to boost that is important.

Baldur’s Gate 3allows for a lot of creativity when building a paladin, but regardless of whichpaladin Oath subclassis chosen, all of these holy warriors can use light, medium, and heavy armor. As well as simple and martial weapons, paladins can also use shields to get the most protection and will often have some of the highest ACs in the party. Offering a great mix of martial and spellcasting, there is a certain amount of flexibility when it comes to choosing gear, but these items are a great choice to make any paladin shine.
