The first target on the Kurai Eikyou target board is the Messenger. He’s in the Nara Heartland in Yamato, southeast of Kofukuji Temple. you’re able to easily sneak up on him as he’ll be waiting in a field smelling the flowers during the springtime.Killing him awards the Shade of Blight Naginata,which has a poison buildup effect that will instantly fill an Adrenaline Chunk once it triggers poison (or other afflictions) on any enemy. You will also earn two Mastery Points and 2000 XP.
The Akiyama Agent
Your second target and the remaining targets will have further side quests associated with them. For the Akiyama Agent, you’re tasked with tracking down some mercenaries near Uda Matsuyama Castle who are tormenting a local village in a nefarious ruse. You’ll need to eliminate all of them to complete this side quest. After killing them all,you’ll learn that the Akiyama Agent is actually in the castle itself,and you’ll need to head there to take him out.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows: All Pirate Alliance Locations & Rewards
The Pirate Alliance target board in Assassin’s Creed Shadows requires taking out five targets along the coasts of Wakasa for Shido the Biwa master.
He’s located in the northern part of the interior section of the castle, sitting inside a hut by himself, though there are many enemies surrounding the place.Taking him down rewards the Repeating Fate legendary Teppo, 2000 XP, and another two Mastery Points. The Blacksmith Agent
After completing the Blacksmith Agent’s side quest, you’ll learn about the Blacksmith’s whereabouts in the far eastern reaches of Yamato, in the Hidden River. He’s found in Miyataki, which is southeast of Utano Tower. If you go in at night, he’s pretty easy to corner on his own, and you’ll be rewarded with the Encouragementlegendary amulet inAC Shadows.This amulet comes with a Naginata specialization,increasing stats by 15% for Yasuke while wielding only a Naginata.
The Katsuragi Agent
The appropriately namedKatsuragi Agent is located just outside of Katsuragi, believe it or not, which is a small town on the western borders of Yamato. You’ll need to complete a side quest to find the exact location clues. I found him naturally while exploring the Asuka Rocks Basin region, and you may also stumble on him by accident during the main campaign.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows: All Corrupt Daikan Locations & Rewards
The Corrupt Daikan target board is one of many you’ll encounter while playing Assassin’s Creed Shadows, and there are six targets to track down.
If you travel to the Katsuragi Kakurega and travel directly south, you may find the Katsuragi Agent in Gokenin Manor on the south side of the town. The Manor is heavily guarded, and the Katsuragi Agent is a pretty strong enemy, so your best bet is to go in quietly and take him out under the cover of darkness while he’s inside the main cabin. Killing himrewards the Boulder Fall legendary Kanabowith attacks that cannot be interrupted.
The Tsutsui Agent
The final target on the board can be found at Koriyama Castle, which is also on the western border of Yamato. This is a large castle, with moats that literally are running with blood.You will find the Tsutsui Agent in the northeast corner of the castle in the Retainers' Quarters, where he’ll be in a very heavily guarded building.

Killing the Tsutsui Agent rewards the Dragon’s Wrath bow, which instantly charges arrows. This engraving is an excellent addition to a ranged build orstealth archer build for Yasuke. All Kurai Eikyou Reward Details In AC Shadows
Now that you’ve assassinated all the targets on the Kurai Eikyou board, you can return to Fuyu, who will tell you to return to the persimmon tree where Kojiro originally met Naoe and Yasuke, where you will be able to retrieve a gift and complete the target board quest outright. This location is just behind the Omiwa Shrine, where you found Fuyu, and you can go there to acquire the Whisper of Marumasa Long Katana.

Both of these will only become useful if you’re playing withoutGuaranteed Assassination enabled, but are essential passives otherwise if you’re trying any kind of stealth build for both characters.
