TheUltimate Universe’s Ra and Khonshuharness the green substance as well. They’ve previously discussed its power, and it’s a Moon Knight warrior who brutally stabs Black Panther with the sword (which glows green, just like the material).Since T’Challa has his eye-opening vision and can control the sword while discussing with Okoye that he’s unlocked the hidden truth about vibranium, the two substances must be even more connected than previously thought.
Black Panther Must Harness His Newfound Power Against the Ultimate Moon Knight
To finally combat the extremely powerful revamped Moon Knight,T’Challa will have to use his new ability to telepathically harness and summon vibranium.Earth-6160 reimagines two lords, Khonshu and Ra, as part ofThe Maker’s ultimate evil plan. Together, the two villains lead “Moon Knight” as a military organization in Africa. Though Khonshu and Ra also seem to be using the substance in their fight, T’Challa’s power upgrade seems like the superior way to harness vibranium’s true living power. If T’Challa can work with Wakanda’s vibranium supply using his mind, he’ll become a much more formidable fighter.
Black Panther Is Getting a Huge Power-Up to Kill an MCU Hero
Marvel’s Ultimate Black Panther teases an upcoming power boost for T’Challa that will allow him to take on the series’ evil version of Moon Knight.
With this new development,Black Panther has developed a power with vibranium that sort of resembles Thor and his hammer Mjölnir. Just like Thor can call for his hammer to come to him with his mighty Norse god power, Wakanda’s king sort of becomes godlike in his own right, as he can wield the nation’s resource of vibranium by being in silent communication with it mentally. He’s already received alightning-charged power boost from Stormin a previous issue. The new vibranium power is just the latest step in making this the true ultimate version of Black Panther in Marvel’s entire multiverse.
The Vodu-Khan Warn T’Challa Against Wakanda Depending on Vibranium
An illuminating conversation T’Challa has with the Vodu-Khan’s Sacred Mother, Matron Imala, also suggests that too much reliance on vibranium could be detrimental to Wakanda, and thus the Black Panther. She first tells T’Challa to not always think too scientifically, and officially hints at vibranium being a living substance. However,she later drops a more sinister hint that Wakanda could be actually acting in service to the material that was previously thought to be inanimate. Though it has been seen as a useful tool for the nation, Imala warns T’Challa that Wakanda could show weakness and be defenseless without vibranium’s power.
Wakanda’s vibranium has officially been revealed as more powerful than ever before, while also being perhaps more of a threat than ever before in the same vein. Between the traditional vibranium in Wakanda and the mysterious green substance related to it in some regard, the T’Challa of Earth-6160 being granted access to it with bold new power is bound to change the history of the nation in new ways. While Marvel’s UltimateBlack Pantherlevels up in his universe with shocking new abilities and enhanced knowledge ofvibranium, he must also be prepared to fend off even more powerful impending threats.
