InDragon Balllore,Brolyis a Legendary Super Saiyan whogave Goku and Vegeta a challengeof the likes they’d never faced before, forcing them to push beyond their limits in the hopes of having the slightest chance at taking him down. Eventually defeated and recruited to the Z-Warrior cause, new fanart shows what Broly would look like if he ever mastered Gohan’s “Beast Form,”a feat that would put him at an even higher power level than his current form.

Broly Achieves Gohan’s Powerful “Beast Form” in New Dragon Ball Fanart
Fanart Design by Seven Signs Art (u/7SoldTheWorld)
Featured in a trio of non-canonDragon Ball Zmovies, Broly is one of the most powerful yet unstable Saiyans in the franchise. However, it wasn’t until 2018’sDragon Ball Super: Brolythat the character finally stepped into properDragon Ballcanon. Still a rageful powerhouse of a Saiyan inSuper’s continuity,Broly is currently a sparring partner of Goku’s in the manga, with Broly just now starting to find a way to tame his more savage side, something Gohan’s overpowered and overly badass Beast Form, introduced inDragon Ball Super: Super Hero, wouldn’t help correct in the slightest.
Drawn launching himself at an enemy just offscreen with a kind of berserker rage that would put Vegeta’s Ultra Ego form to shame, u/7SoldTheWorld’s Beast Broly swaps his greenish-yellow hair for silver but keeps his “base” clothing as is. Titling the piece “King Slayer,” u/7SoldTheWorld doesn’t shy away from the character’s deadly nature, withBroly’s all-red eyes, red lightning, and charging mouth beam successfully mixing elements from Broly’s original incarnation andGohan going Beast Mode. Throw in some vibrant coloring that makes this image pop, and u/7SoldTheWorld creates a badass new character that demands fans' attention.

“Beast Broly” Is a Legendary Super Saiyan Mixed With Gohan’s Incredible Power
So, while it’s not unimaginable thatBroly could attain Gohan’s Beast Form, it’s unlikely as Broly’s branch of transformations is more about unbridled power and rage, with his mastery over reliably “perfecting” this form being the more immediate focus for the character, much like how Kale commanded her own Legendary Super Saiyan power inDragon Ball Superto evolve into a more efficient and balanced fighter. Regardless of whether “BeastBroly” ever gets a properDragon Balldebut, u/7SoldTheWorld clearly knows what fans want, and if their other artwork is of any indication, fans won’t be disappointed anytime soon.

Dragon Ball
From the creative mind of Akira Toriyama, Dragon Ball is a mega multimedia franchise that spans back to the 1980s. Dragon Ball expanded quickly, starting as a serialized manga for Weekly Shonen Jump in Japan. It made its way overseas via manga and an anime adaptation that is enjoyed worldwide. Dragon Ball was the initial starting animated series that followed the adventures of the young Son Goku as he sought after the Dragon Balls. These mystical orbs would grant the wish of any who gathered them together. Then, the series would branch off into the immensely popular Dragon Ball Z, which followed Goku as an adult and featured high-intensity battles and Goku’s never-ending search to be the strongest. The series has also enjoyed several popular video game adaptations and continues to release several new animated series and theatrical films up to the recent popular Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
