Katherine Renee Kane’s Exit As Tiffany Changes FBI Season 7
This Is FBI’s First Major Cast Change In Three Years
Cast reshuffles in Dick Wolf’s TV franchise are not new. Some of its biggest shows experienced losing main players, such as Christopher Meloni inLaw & Order: SVUseason 12 and Eammon Walker inChicago Fireseason 12. Despite that, the shows move forward, finding ways to bring in new characters that can fill the void. As the youngest flagship in the small screen universe,FBIhas been able to keep its main cast intact, which is quite impressive. Kane was the last series regular added to the show three years ago before Olivera was brought in.
It’s difficult to say that Olivera’s character, named Syd, is a direct replacement for Tiffany, considering that she is a Behavioral Analysis Agent.

Because of this, it will take some time to get used to Tiffany’s absence moving forward. Her arc, particularly inFBIseason 6, was intense and compelling, as she worked tirelessly to hunt down the terrorist killer of her colleague and friend. It’s difficult to say that Olivera’s character, Syd, is a direct replacement for Tiffany, considering that she is a Behavioral Analysis Agent. That said, she will likely fill the void that Kane’s beloved character will leave once she officially exitsFBIseason 7.
Why Ebonée Noel’s Kristen Chazal Was Written Out Of FBI After Season 2
Several actors have left the FBI franchise, but the most surprising was the exit of Ebonée Noel and her beloved character, Kristen Chazal.
At the very least,Kane will have at least one more appearance as Tiffanyin season 7. TheFBIuniverse has some less-than-ideal exits, and it would be disappointing if she joined that group, especially after her recent arc. Seeing her back for one last time will allow NBC to come up with a proper send-off for the character.
