Mr. Wishcan be found in the Broken Delta regioninOnce Human, at the Securement Silo Sigma with coordinates of4917, -5470, but it’s not as easy as just knowing the location and going there. The Securement Silo Sigma is a dungeon where there are plenty of enemies to defeat and areas to explore. So, make sure tobrew up some health and stamina items, and maybe bring a friend or two along,as well as your butterfly.
Securement Silo Sigma is level 15, so ensure you’re around that level before going in.

If you don’t feel like walking,unlock and use the motorcycleto get there quickly. Once at the Securement Silo Sigma, begin the quest to find and capture Mr. Wish.Interact with the door to enter the dungeon, and then follow the hallways until you reach a set of stairs. Here, you’ll need to beat a few enemies.The enemies are easy to handle, especially with a ranged weapon like a sniper rifle. Take out the three visible enemies, and then a sniper who is hiding in the top right. More enemies spawn in front and behind, so keep fighting.

Finding Mr. Wish inOnce Humanrequires access to a room that needs anaccess card to enter. To find the Rosetta V3 Access Card, head to the next room and continue fighting enemies. TheRosetta Mechanic enemy will drop the Rosetta V3 Access Card, so take it out. Move to the next room, then take a left and go through the vent.
Continue through the vent until you reach a ladder. Climb up and go left to find another room. Take out the enemies, enter the room, and head for theglowing red door. Use the Rosetta V3 Access card on the keypad to gain access to a new room.

Follow the room, thenmake a right and continue through a kid’s play areauntil you reach a door. Go inside and interact with the arcade machine in the center of the room. Take note of the mission in the top left: Protect Mr. Wish to Gain Energy. Here, you’ll need to stand in the designed area to power up Mr. Wish to 100 charges, all the while battling spawn waves of enemies. Continue battling until the mission is complete. If Mr. Wish spawns, he will do so once thecharge reaches 100, spawning inside the loot chest.

Once obtained and synced to the Cradle, Mr. Wish will help in fights. Summon him and choose betweenRapid Fire or Auto Attack.
