The wait for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is finally almost over, and the reviews have been rolling in, with the game currently holding an impressive 87 on Metacritic for both its PC and Xbox Series X/S versions. While I won’t say I’m completely surprised by the reviews, I am pleasantly surprised by them, as there was some division over the game’s early footage and MachineGames has been something of a mixed bag in recent years, making me all the more excited to suit up as Indy.

Turn The Dragons Toward Each Other
To begin the puzzle, you must take pictures of the writings on either side of the fountain.Indy will translate the Latin for these phrases, providing clues regarding the dragon statues above the fountain. They must be rotated in such a manner so that the Light and Dark Dragons are facing each other, which will open the way to the hidden sacred monastery. If you ever have difficulties solving puzzles,lowering the difficultyto Light Mode will increase the number of hints provided.
Use the whip to traverse the storage room to reach the balconies with the Light and Dark Dragon statues.
Acquire the Fountain Gate Key from the nearby chest and proceed into the storage room. Climb the window that will take Indy to the first dragon statue. However, it cannot be rotated until Indy retrieves the dragon claw from the nearby scaffolding. Picking up this dragon claw will initiate a cutscene with Gina, who will be out of her Nun disguise. Climb back up the scaffolding toreattach the Light Dragon Claw and rotate the statues accordingly, opening the fountain to reveal the next step of the puzzle.

Unlock The Gate
Now that the gate is exposed, you must figure out how to unlock it. Start by pulling the handle uncovered in the fountain to rotate the gate to find a statue of a child and a priest statue.Fill the priest’s bucket with waterby attaching Indy’s whip to the hook near the top of the gate and yank it down. Next, push the statues together so that the priest’s bucket tilts over to perform the baptism on the statue of the child. This will complete the first part of the process.

Playing Indiana Jones & the Great Circle like a shooter game will make it a much harder experience overall thanks to this combat feature.
Pull the next handle in the fountain to rotate the gate one more time. This will reveal a turntable puzzle in whichyou must guide the boat to the other side of the gate’s wall. Using the whip on the hooks will pull the boat to the left or the right. A few combinations work here, but the key part is to ensure that any wooden obstructions are moved out of the boat’s way. Once the boat is on the other side of the wall, you will have completed the Fountain Of Confession puzzle and can continue with the main questline inIndiana Jones and the Great Circle.
