Only Vivi and the Straw Hats know the meaning of the mark, so it confirms she is the sole person behind this deliberate change.
During theAlabasta arc, the Straw Hat crew at the time, which includes the six currently present on Elaph,decided to draw an “X” mark on their left armto counter Mr. 2’s impressions tricks.
