As you explore Act 3 ofPath of Exile 2, you may struggle to use the Sacrificial Heart, one item you may pick up from enemies you encounter. Find The Right Altar In Aggorat
Once you have a Sacrificial Heart,return to Aggorat and look for the Blood Sacrifice along the Trail of Sacrificein this area. This place is marked with a checkpoint, overseeing a multitude of dead bodies bleeding into the stones. Stairs here lead up to a massive altar looking over the civilization below, with an item called the Sacrificial Dagger ready to be used alongside the Heart.

Pick up the Sacrificial Dagger and place the Sacrificial Heart at the center of the Altarto begin a blood ritual. These skill points can be spent on whatever abilities you wish, allowing you to refine your character build further as you grow stronger. Nothing can take these points away, so you have infinite freedom to use them in different ways. You can collect another Sacrificial Heart on Cruel difficulties and destroy it again at the same Aggorat altar. Doing this on Cruel difficulty doesn’t change the permanent bonus, but it gives you a second instance if you’ve already performed the sacrifice in the base game.
