However, Topper, whose family wants to buy the property, mentions that the Pogues don’t have the money to do so. So, not only do they have to worry about paying $13,000 in property taxes, but the Pogues must also be concerned about getting enough money to stop the zone change. The latter issue would undoubtedly cost more than $13,000. However, if the Pogues findthe Blue Crown inOuter Banksseason 4, perhaps they can keep Poguelandia.
