New leaks about Snezhnaya inGenshin Impacthave emerged and, despite how detailed they may seem, players may want to take them with a huge grain of salt, as they may be fake or inflated. Snezhnaya is the seventh and final Nation of Teyvat, expected to arrive in HoYoverse’s action RPG in 2025. The Nation of Cryo is ruled by the Tsaritsa, the Cryo Archon who has been dispatching her Fatui units and Harbingers to all the corners of Teyvat to obtain the Gnoses from the other Archons. However, her true plans are still unknown.

Snezhnaya is thenext region after Natlan inGenshin Impact, but that should only occur in mid-2025. At the moment, the game is progressing through the early stages of the Natlan story arc with Version 5.0, and at least two upcoming patches should add more main Archon Quests set in the Nation of Pyro. However, as the release of Snezhnaya approaches, more details are starting to be shared, either through official in-game revelations or through leaks about the future content, even if they are arriving extremely early. Now, a new batch of leaks has been shared.

Several Snezhnaya Leaks In Genshin Impact Have Been Shared

New Details About The Nation & Fatui Have Emerged

Several smaller details about Snezhnaya and its related contents have allegedly leaked. As seen in information provided by the leaker known as Keitaro GG, some of Snezhnaya’s designs are nearly completed. The leak talks about howthe Fatui Harbinger Columbina takes care of a location allegedly called Royal Vivarium, a mix between a botanic garden and a zoo. The leak is divided into eight different topics and there are even some extra details about someFatui Harbingers inGenshin Impact, but there is reason to believe the leaks may be fake. The leaks were shared in a post onReddit.

Snezhnaya Leaks In Genshin Impact Sound Like Fontaine’s Fake Leaks In 2023

Rumors Mention The Fatui Harbingers Will Be Split Into Two Groups

One of the topics raised by the leak seems particularly strange, especially because of how much it resembles one of the most notorious fake leaks about Fontaine in 2023. The seventh leaked topic on the list states that the story arc in Snezhnaya will see the Tsaritsa and the Harbinger Pierro working together on the Gnoses, possibly related to the mysterious Project Stuzha, and that this will be divisive among the Harbingers. The leak says that the Harbingers will be split into two groups: Conservative and Radical.

The leak also mentions that these two groups were allegedly teased in the Winter Lazzo trailer forGenshin Impact, where the Harbingers appear uniting in front of La Signora’s casket.

Genshin Impact’s Sayu looks nervous with her hands on her hand, as Primogems float around her.

The idea that this group will split into what seems like conflicting sides seems somewhat strange. It is not surprising that they may have conflicts among them, as it is well known that the Harbingers are part of the group for their own interests rather than necessarily serving the Tsaritsa’s needs, butthe division between Conservative and Radical sounds cartoonish. Based on past leaks, it may be an exaggeration. In 2023, before the release of Fontaine, several leaks about the Nation of Hydro were shared. Most of them were entirely accurate, but one stood out as fake inGenshin Impact.

At the time, there was a leak about Fontaine stating that the Nation of Hydro was split into what would seem like a civil war represented by two factions. These two different groups ended up being the Pneuma and Ousia alignments of the Arkhe system. Surely, each Fontaine character pertains to one of the Pneumousia alignments, but these alignments only really affect gameplay, and in a fairly contained manner. The Arkhe system’s division between Pneuma and Ousia plays no part whatsoever in the story arc in Fontaine, proving the leak about the factions inGenshin Impactwas entirely untrue.

Genshin Impact 5.1 Leaks: Slower Players May Miss Out On Hundreds Of Free Primogems

Players may be given the chance to claim hundreds of free Primogems in Genshin Impact 5.1, but some Travelers may be left out of the rewards.

In addition to that, the division that is teased in the Winter Lazzo trailer also seems to lack more reasoning to be believed. In the video, Capitano, Sandrone, Pulcinella, and Columbina appear to one side, while Dottore, Pantalone, Arlecchino, and Tartaglia appear on the other. It does not seem reasonable for Arlecchino and Dottore to stand on the same side due to how wildly drastic their world views are– in fact, Arlecchino has already expressed distaste for Dottore and his experiments on children.

Genshin Impact’s Childe smiles and poses with his hydro blade, with Snezhnaya in the background.

Of course, the nature of Project Stuzha inGenshin Impactis still unknown, so their alliance may make some sense.

This does not mean that the new Snezhnaya leak about the Harbingers being split into two conflicting groups is necessarily fake, but the division among them may be a huge overstatement. For example, they may not see eye-to-eye with the rumored plans made by the Tsaritsa, butthat does not necessarily mean they will work against each other during the Snezhnaya story arc. Instead, the Conservatives and Radicals could bring different points of view to the Cryo Archon. Even if the leak proves out to be true, players should still consider the new Snezhnaya information inGenshin Impactwith caution.

Other Snezhnaya Leaks In Genshin Impact Trigger Curiosity

Rumors Mention Fatui Are Not The Tsaritsa’s Main Forces

Aside from the leak about the Harbingers’ division, which seems like Fontaine’s fake leaks, there are other points of interest in the list. The leaker also states that, within Snezhnaya, there is a special force group called Silent or Royal Brigade. Furthermore, the leaker also mentions thatthe Fatui are not the main soldiers of the Tsaritsa, which may mean this enemy faction is the one that is dispatched to other Nations rather than providing internal security. As such, players may encounter new enemy factions in Snezhnaya rather than just theFatui inGenshin Impact.

The list of leaks also mentions that Snezhnaya’s heating system is powered by something called Krsnik Torch. There are also rumors of a midsummer solstice festival that takes place in Snezhnaya. Lastly, the list of leaks cites that Columbina may be a necromancer, whereasPulcinella may be an Electro Catalyst user in the game– but these final leaks about the Harbingers may be outdated.

Genshin Impact 5.1 Leaks Hint At New Location In Snezhnaya

A new location from Snezhnaya may be revealed during Genshin Impact 5.1, hinting at what players may expect from the Nation of Cryo in 2025.

As is the case with any leak surrounding the game, this list of leaks about Snezhnaya should be considered with extra caution, as the details are arriving too early on and they may still be subject to change ahead of the Nation’s release next year. Furthermore, these early leaks have a track record of being somewhat inflated, so a lot of what has been said may be an exaggeration rather than objective facts. Nevertheless, the arrival of more Snezhnaya leaks seems to indicate that the development for the Nation of Cryo inGenshin Impactis well underway.
