AsWorld of Warcraftis hitting its official 20th anniversary on July 18, 2025, ongoing celebrations have been taking place throughout Azeroth and the real world. Between in-game events, rewards, and the recent release ofWorld of Warcraft: The War Withinexpansion, excitement continues to grow. Now,World of Warcrafthas announced a massive amount of in-game items for players to get, including brand-new items and others that are returning from previous anniversary events in the game.
WoW’s anniversary has sparked numerous activitiesthroughout the past year, but as the official calendar date nears, things are heating up. Yesterday,World of Warcraftshared a post on social media platformsshowing off several of these rewards, including mounts, pets, and cosmetics. These items are coming soon, with the events running from June 27, 2025, through July 04, 2025.
Many of the special items for the event are themed off of the Blizzard employee service awards that people working at Blizzard earn in real life as they work for the company. While players may not necessarily be employed at Blizzard,World of Warcraftis still offering these items as a chance to show off the years players spend defending Azeroth.

Mounts, Pets, And More Are Available For The Celebration
The official in-game celebration forWorld of Warcraft’s 20th will take place from July 29, 2025, through June 24, 2025.However, one of the reasons there are so many rewards available is that they aren’t all entirely new. There are several items making their debut for the 20th anniversary ofWoW, but many others are also being brought back from previous anniversary events.
Among the list of new items are:
Some items will be available from Timewalking vendors, rewards from quests, or found at the Celebration Pavilion. Details for each will vary.
Additionally, players can use the Bronze Celebration Tokens that are earned from Anniversary events to purchase past Anniversary items from Storekeeper Reginald in the Celebration Pavilion.
The bronze dragonflight will be holding many activities for the 20th Anniversary outside the Caverns of Time in the game.
